Recovery is the single most important thing in my life.

I’ve been in recovery for over 10 years, and I have to put in work to stay here, every day.

I have to take actions: sleep, exercise, service, community.

Because I don’t know when my disease will try to capture me again. But I know it will try.

I want to share with you the specific tools, strategies and techniques I’ve found that help me stay in recovery.
